Utility Partners, the operations and maintenance (O&M) subsidiary of H2O Innovation Inc. renewed three municipal contracts in the United States recently. The contracts bring the company’s backlog to $111.3 million, including O&M.

The renewed contracts are located in New Hampshire, Vermont and Georgia. The first contract was renewed for an additional five-year period, the second one was signed for another three years, and the last contract was renewed for one year.

"The combination of the two companies make us stronger and better equipped: we now propose a more complete offer to our customers (water treatment systems, specialty chemicals, operation and maintenance services), we have an increased expertise in water treatment, and we also offer procurement support (consumables products),” said Bill Douglass, VP of the O&M division at H2O Innovation and managing director at Utility Partners.

H2O Innovation acquire Utility Partners last July.
