Water/Wastewater

Being developed and commercialized by Forward Water Technologies (FWT), an upstart from GreenCentre Canada, with the help of the Xerox Research Centre of Canada, the process could provide a wide range of industrial customers with a more energy efficient wastewater treatment method.

Transportation

TD Canada Trust is making it easier for its EV driving customers in British Columbia to do some banking while topping up the charge on their electric vehicles. The company launched its electric vehicle charging initiative at seven TD locations in the province. TD had previously piloted the use of EV charging stations at its solar energy generating branch in London ON.

CO2 Mitigation Technologies

A Quebec City-based company has introduced a new infrared camera that can detect and film in real-time trace methane leaks. Developed by Telops, the Hyper-Cam Methane enables scientists to locate methane leaks and present them in an image or video.
