PanAm Games legacy is energy efficient multi-tenant buildings and community

When the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto comes to a close on July 26, 2015 and after a little more work, the Canary District community will become one of the most energy efficient communities in the city. It will feature multiple, multi-tenant condo buildings built to the LEED Gold standard.
