The Canadian Geothermal Energy Association (CanGEA) argues in a recent report that there is tremendous, untapped opportunity to use geothermal energy resources for heating applications in industries such as aquaculture (fish farms) and greenhouses. But political and market barriers make developing this inexpensive resource very difficult.
