Siemens, a major player in the Canadian wind energy market

Siemens Canada remains one of the biggest players in Canadian wind energy, having contributed more than half of the 1.9 GW of new wind capacity added in Canada in 2014. It also achieved a major milestone this month where it recently completed construction on its 1,000th turbine blade at its manufacturing plant in Tillsonburg ON.
